When the baby starts solids like porridge, it can be added into the porridge for a start for added vitamins and taste. Eg age 6 months onwards. Provided no allergy to fishes.

When Can I Start Using Lilo Mushroom Powder​?

For mushroom it can be added into the porridge for added vitamins and taste. The recommendation is age 8 months and onwards. Provided no allergy to mushroom. 

How Much Lilo Ikan bilis or Mushroom Powder Should I Use?

1/2 to 1 tsp to one serving of porridge, rice, pasta or meat as a guide. Taste to test and add more if its not enough.

Is it Salty ?

The Ikan Bilis has been soaked and washed before baking and grinding to reduce the salt content as ikan bilis are naturally salty when we purchase it in the market. It is therefore fragrant and not salty!  You can refer to our nutritional Panel Information for more information on sodium content.        


Storage & Shelf Life

12 Months and to be kept refrigerated in fridge.. Keep it cool and dry. Use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the powder to avoid contamination. Shelf life is only a guide with proper storage and usage.

NO, Lilo Ikan Bilis are made of 100% pure premium Ikan Bilis with no MSG, preservatives or salt added.

Our Mushroom powder is made of 100% premium Shiitake mushroom with no MSG, preservatives or salt added.

Depending on usage, one bottle of Lilo Ikan Bilis is 50 grams. One tsp is about 1-2grams. So it will depend on your frequency of usage and amount per usage.
