Veggie Tomato Noodles

Hide Vegetables In kids food - Picky Eater Series - Veggie Tomato Noodles (8 Months+)

Makes 1-2 Baby Servings

Ingredients:
3 tomato (peeled & chopped)
1 handful fresh spinach
1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
30-50g Baby noodles



Instructions:
1. Boil the baby noodles until al dente. Set aside in @littlebearnie self feeding bowl
2. Blend all ingredients into a smooth sauce mixture.
3. Cook the sauce mixture over stove. 
4. Pour the sauce over the noodles. 
5. Serve

Storage:
* You may also batch cook the sauce and store in freezer tray for future use.

Garlic: Natural antibacterial, supports immune function, and helps with digestion.
Onion: Contains antioxidants and aids in digestion, helping the baby’s gut health.
