Tofu Spinach Pudding

🥣 Tofu Spinach Pudding (6 Months+)

Makes 1-2 Servings

Ingredients:
150g soft tofu
20g spinach (washed and chopped)
10g carrot (peeled and grated)
½ tsp Lilo Premium White Bait Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Corn Powder
10ml water

Instructions:
1. Prep the carrot: Peel and grate the carrot. Set a small amount aside for optional topping.
2. Blend: Add tofu, spinach, grated carrot, white bait powder, corn powder, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Top (optional): Sprinkle some of the reserved grated carrot on top for texture and color.
4. Steam: Pour the mixture into a heatproof bowl or ramekin. Steam for 10 minutes.
5. Cool & serve: Let it cool to a safe temperature before serving.
