Tofu Spinach Chicken Balls (BLW friendly, 8 Months+)

Makes: 10–12 balls | Freezer-friendly
Ingredients
200g minced chicken
100g tofu (firm or soft, mashed)
20g spinach (finely chopped)
½ tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
½ tsp Lilo Premium Kombu Powder
1 tsp corn starch (for binding)
Instructions
1. Prep Spinach – Wash and finely chop spinach.
2. Mix Ingredients – In a bowl, combine chicken, tofu, spinach, mushroom powder, kombu powder, and cornstarch.
3. Shape – Form into 10–12 small balls.
4. Bake – Place on lined tray and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
5. Cool & Serve – Let cool before serving.
❄️ Tip: These are freezer-friendly! Store in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
