Tofu Meat Patties (BLW friendly - 8 Months+)
Makes 6-8 patties
Ingredients:
1 egg
100g tofu
100g minced meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
1 small carrot, peeled and grated
A handful of broccoli florets, finely chopped
1 tsp Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis powder (anchovy powder)
1 tsp Lilo Premium garlic & onion powder
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, tofu, egg, grated carrot, chopped broccoli florets, Lilo Premium ikan bilis powder, Lilo Premium garlic & onion powder. Mix well until fully combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
3. Spoon small amounts of the mixture into the pan, forming mini patties.
4. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Let cool before serving to your baby.
