Spinach Steamed Cake

Baby Spinach Steamed Cake (BLW 8 Months+)

Ingredients:
* 30g fresh baby spinach
* 1 egg
* 20g cake flour
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Corn Powder
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder
Instructions:
1. Blend: In a blender, combine the egg and spinach. Blend until smooth.
2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add cake flour, corn powder, and pumpkin powder to the spinach-egg mixture. Blend again until well combined.
3. Prepare Molds: Lightly oil silicone cupcake molds or small heatproof cups.
4. Pour Batter: Pour the blended mixture evenly into the molds.
5. Steam: Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool: Let cool slightly before serving.
