Makes 2-3Servings
A gentle and nutritious seafood dish perfect for babies 9 months and up!

Ingredients:
150g cooked rice
150ml water
3 prawns, finely chopped
50g salmon, sliced
20g spinach, chopped finely
1 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder (for soup stock)
1 Tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder (for marinating)
A small amount of oil (for pan frying)
π³ Instructions:
1. Prep the seafood & spinach:
Chop spinach into tiny pieces.
Cut prawns into small baby-safe bits.
Marinate prawns and salmon with Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder.
2. Cook the salmon:
Lightly oil a pan and pan fry salmon slices until cooked through.
Flake the salmon into small pieces.
3. Cook the prawns:
In the same pan, cook the chopped prawns until fully cooked.
4. Prepare the soup stock:
Dissolve 1 tsp of Lilo Premium Scallop Powder in 150ml of hot water.
5. Combine and simmer:
In a pot, add cooked rice, spinach, prawn, flaked salmon, and soup stock.
Simmer gently for 3 minutes.
6. Cool and serve:
Let it cool to a safe temperature before serving your baby.
