Salmon Egg Cups

Makes mini 6 salmon egg cups

Ingredients:
100g salmon (thinly sliced)
2 eggs
Broccoli (florets)
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder

Instructions:
1. Marinate the sliced salmon with Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder for a few minutes to infuse flavor.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the marinated salmon, broccoli florets, and Lilo Premium Scallop Powder. Stir until evenly combined.
3. Pour the mixture into oiled moulds (silicone muffin moulds work great).
4. Bake in an oven/airfryer at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
5. Let them cool down before serving to your little one. Its freezer friendly too!
