Easy Salmon Baked Rice (Toddlers)

Ingredients:
300g warm cooked rice
100g salmon, thinly sliced
25-30g mozzarella cheese (or any kind of low sodium cream cheese for younger babies)
100g corn niblets
20g unsalted butter
1 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
Instructions:
1. Marinate the salmon: Season the thinly sliced salmon with Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder. Set aside to marinate.
2. Prepare the rice mixture: In a bowl, combine the warm cooked rice, corn nibblets, and Lilo Premium Scallop Powder. Stir in the unsalted butter until well mixed.
3. Assemble the dish: Line an oven-safe dish with the rice mixture, spreading it out evenly. Top with the marinated salmon and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
4. Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
5. Serve: Let the dish cool down before serving it to your little one.
