Roasted Tomato Soup

Roasted Tomato Soup (6 Months+)

Makes 1-2 Servings

For Babies 6+ Months
🧾 Ingredients:
2 big tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp olive oil (for roasting)
1/2 tsp LILO Premium WhiteBait Powder 
1/2 tsp LILO Premium Mushroom Powder
100ml milk (breast milk/formula for creaminess)

🍳 Instructions:
1. Roast the Tomatoes:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut tomatoes into chunks) and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and roast for 15–20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. 
Let them cool slightly, then peel off the skin for a smoother texture. 
2. Blend the Soup:
Add the roasted tomatoes, LILO Premium Whitebait Powder, and LILO Premium Mushroom Powder to a blender. Add 1/2 cup of water or breast milk or formula for a creamier texture.
Blend until smooth. Add more liquid for your desired consistency.
3. Serve:
Let the soup cool to a comfortable temperature for your baby. Serve immediately,
