Pumpkin Chicken Rice

Pumpkin Chicken Rice (Toddler)

Makes 3-4 adult servings

Ingredients:
300g chicken (cubed)
300g pumpkin (cubed)
1 cup rice (washed)
1 cup water
2 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Shrimp Powder
1 tbsp sesame oil

Method:
1. Marinate chicken: Coat the chicken cubes with 1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder and let it sit for a few minutes.
2. Prepare the stock: Mix 1 tsp each of Lilo Premium Scallop and Shrimp Powder into 1 cup of water to create a flavorful stock.
3. Assemble in rice cooker: Add the washed rice, stock, marinated chicken, and cubed pumpkin into the rice cooker. Drizzle sesame oil over. 
4. Cook: Set the rice cooker to cook.
5. Serve: Once the rice cooker finishes, allow the dish to cool down before serving.
