Nourishing Winter Melon Soup

Nourishing Winter Melon Soup (12 Months+)
🧂 Ingredients 
* 300g winter melon, peeled and cut into  chunks
* 150g minced chicken
* 1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
* 3 dried red dates, rinsed and pitted
* 1 tbsp goji berries, rinsed
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
* 600–700ml water

🥣 Marinate the Chicken:
1. In a bowl, combine:
    * 150g minced chicken
    * 1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
2. Mix well

🍲 Instructions:
Prepare the soup base:
1. Add the soup ingredients:
    * Add winter melon and Lilo Premium Scallop Powder and water to cover ingredients 
    * Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until winter melon becomes semi-translucent and tender.
2. Add marinated minced chicken, red dates and goji berries
    * Form small balls/spoonfuls and drop gently into the simmering soup.
    * Let it cook for another 5–7 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
    * Stir gently 

🍼 Serving Suggestions:
* Serve warm in a bowl or use a silicone spoon to feed baby.
* You can mix the soup with baby porridge or mashed rice for a more filling meal.
* You may blend or mash slightly depending on your baby's chewing ability.
