Nourishing Daikon Soup

Nourishing Daikon Soup (Rice Cooker Edition 12 Months+) 
A warm, wholesome soup perfect for little tummies and the whole family. Using the rice cooker makes it fuss-free while still packed with natural goodness.

Makes 3-4 Servings

Ingredients
200g pork ribs or chicken
1 daikon (white radish)
2 carrots
10g goji berries
6 red dates
2–3 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
Water (enough to cover ingredients)

Instructions

1. Prepare the meat
Blanch pork ribs or chicken briefly in boiling water to remove impurities.

2. Prepare the vegetables
Peel and cut daikon and carrots into chunky pieces.

3. Assemble in rice cooker
Add daikon, carrots, red dates, and goji berries into the rice cooker.
Add 2–3 tsp of Lilo Premium Scallop Powder.
Pour in enough water to cover all ingredients.

4. Cook
 Close the rice cooker lid and set to cook until ingredients are tender and flavors infused.

5. Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving to baby.
