Dinosaur Dumplings (Makes 4 - 6 Dinosaur Dumplings)
Dumpling Skin:

* 130g all-purpose flour
* 100ml water
🥩 Dumpling Filling:
* 80g minced meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
* 10g spinach (finely chopped)
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
* ½ tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder

🔪 Instructions:
1. Make the Filling
* Heat a pan over medium heat.
* Add minced meat and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
* Season with Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder and Garlic & Onion Powder.
* Add chopped spinach.
* Cook until well combined and fully cooked. Let cool.
2. Prepare the Dough
* Mix flour and water in a bowl.
* Knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5–7 minutes).
* Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the Dumplings
* Roll dough into thin flat sheet and cut circle wrapper
* Spoon filling into wrapper
* Fold and pinch to seal — shape into a dinosaur (use dough to create tails, spikes, or use a tooth pick to form eyes)

🍳 Cooking Options:
🔸 Air Fryer ⭐️
* Brush or spray dumplings lightly with oil.
* Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding).
* Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
* Cook until golden and crisp.
