Baby Tangerine Rice Cake

Baby Tangerine Rice Cake (BLW friendly - 9 Months+)

Makes 3-4 Rice Cakes

đź›’ 5 Ingredients:
* 1–2 tangerines (peeled, pulp only, seeds removed)
* 25g rice flour
* 1 egg 
* ½ tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder
* ½ tsp Lilo Premium Corn Powder

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Tangerines
    * Peel, remove seeds and membrane, mash pulp until smooth. (You may use a blender for younger babies too)
2. Whisk Egg
    * Beat egg until light and frothy.
3. Mix Batter
    * Combine rice flour, Lilo powders, mashed tangerine, and whisked egg.
    * Stir until smooth.
4. Steam
    * Pour mixture into silicone moulds.
    * Steam for 12–15 minutes until set.
5. Cool & Serve
    * Allow to cool before removing from moulds.
    * Serve as soft, bite-sized pieces suitable for BLW.
