Baby Siew Mai (8 Months+)
Makes about 8-10 Siew Mais
🛒 Ingredients
200g minced chicken or pork
50g finely chopped prawns
50g carrot (+ extra for garnish)
1 egg
1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
Wonton skins (optional — can go wrapper-free for younger babies)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep
Grate carrot finely.
Chop prawns or pulse to a paste.
2. Make Filling
Combine minced meat, prawns, carrot, beaten egg, and Lilo powders.
Mix well until sticky.
3. Shape
With wrapper
Line Mushie Freezer Tray with wonton skin.
Spoon the filling into the tray.
Fold sides up, leave top open, garnish with carrot.
4. Steam
Steam for 15–20 minutes, until cooked through.
