Makes 6-8 Baby Rice Balls
🛒 Ingredients:
* 120g pumpkin
* A few broccoli florets
* 120g cooked rice
* ½ tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
* ½ tsp Lilo Premium Shrimp Powder
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep & Steam
* Cut pumpkin into chunks.
* Steam pumpkin and broccoli until soft.
2. Season Rice
* Mix cooked rice with Lilo Premium Scallop & Shrimp Powder.
3. Combine
* Add in steamed pumpkin and broccoli.
* Load mixture into a rice ball maker. Shake gently until balls form.
4. Cool & Serve
* Allow to cool slightly before serving.
