Baby Prawn Noodle

Baby Prawn Noodles (8 Months+)

Makes 1-2 Baby Servings

🧂 Ingredients:
100g prawns (peeled and deveined)
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop powder
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder

🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Prawn Paste:.
Put prawns, flour and Lilo scallop, pumpkin, garlic & onion powder, water into blender
Blend until the texture becomes a paste

2. Form Noodles (Rustic Style):
Use a ziplock bag with a cut corner) to pipe thin strips of the paste directly into simmering water.
Simmer until the strands float and turn opaque (3-5 minutes).

3. Serve:
Spoon into @littlebearnie self feeding suction bowl and serve warm

Prawns: High in protein, omega-3s (for brain development), and vitamins (like B12).
Scallops: Packed with protein, iron (for blood), and zinc (for immunity).
Garlic: Boosts immunity, aids digestion, and has antioxidants.
Onion: Rich in fiber, supports digestion, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Pumpkin: High in vitamin A (for eye health), fiber (for digestion), and antioxidants
