Baby Onigiri

🍙 Baby Onigiri BLW 9 Months+

Makes 4-6 Onigiris

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked short-grain or sushi rice (slightly warm)
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Corn Powder
100g salmon (boneless, pan fried)
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
1–2 tbsp finely chopped and blanched broccoli

Instructions:
1. Marinate and prep salmon:
Marinate salmon with Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
Pan fry salmon with a little oil & set aside 

2. Mix the rice:
While the rice is still warm, mix in Lilo Scallop Powder & Lilo Corn Powder
Stir gently until evenly combined.

3. Add broccoli:
Blanch broccoli in boiling water & set aside

4. Assemble the onigiri:
Combine rice, salmon, and cut broccoli florets
Mix well before putting mixture into a baby onigiri mould (from Daiso)

5. Cool and serve:
Let cool completely before serving to baby

Salmon: Omega-3s, protein, heart and brain health.
Garlic: Immunity, heart health, antioxidants.
Onion: Antioxidants, gut and heart health.
Corn: Fiber, energy, eye health.
Broccoli: Vitamins, detox

This recipe is suitable for babies 9+ months (ensure your baby has tried all individual ingredients first and has no allergies).
