Baby Mushroom Soup

Baby Mushroom Soup (6 months+)

Makes 1-2 Servings

Ingredients
200g white Button mushrooms – washed and sliced
200ml Milk – formula or breastmilk (for creaminess and added nutrition)
1 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder – 100% natural, no salt or preservatives
1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder – concentrated mushroom flavor and nutrients
Cooking oil – e.g., olive oil or avocado oil (small amount for sautéing)

Instructions

1. Prepare mushrooms
 Slice the washed button mushrooms into thin pieces.
2. Sauté
 In a small pan, add a tiny amount of oil.
 Sauté the mushrooms until soft and fragrant.
3. Add flavors and liquid
Pour in milk (formula or breastmilk).
Sprinkle in Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder and Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder.
Cook gently until the mushrooms are tender and flavors blend.
4. Blend
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Cool & Serve
Allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving to baby.
