Baby Dumpling

Baby Chicken Dumpling – Hidden Veggie BLW Version (8 months+)

Makes 12-15 Small Dumplings

✅ Ingredients
Filling:
100g chicken very finely minced
1 tbsp peeled & chopped carrot
1 tbsp peeled and chopped zuchinni
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion, Mushroom powder

Wrapper:
store-bought dumpling wrappers
Or Make your own soft dough: 1 cup plain flour + ¼ cup warm water

🥣 Directions

1. Prepare the filling:
Blend all the filling ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Ensure the vegetables are grated or finely chopped so they’re “hidden” well. Add in Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion and Mushroom Powder & a little water if necesssary. 

2. Fill the Dumpling:
Put fillings in a ziplock bag. Cut off one end. 
Wet the dumpling skin with a bit of water, pipe in the meat mixture, and press to seal. 
Use a cookie cutter to make as many dumplings as desired

3. Cook the dumpling:
Boil method (soft & safe): cook dumpling in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. 

4. Serve:
Serve warm in @littlebearnie self feed bowl for Baby Led Weaning or Cut into small pieces for finger feeding or mash lightly for desired texture for spoon-feeding (Traditional weaning)

👶 Tips
Use finely mashed or pureed filling for earlier stages (8–9 months).
For older babies with more teeth (10–12 months), increase texture slightly.
Freeze extra uncooked dumpling for up to a week — cook from frozen by boiling

Mushroom: Rich in vitamins D and B, helps boost immunity and supports bone health.
Garlic: Natural antibacterial, supports immune function, and helps with digestion.
Onion: Contains antioxidants and aids in digestion, helping the baby’s gut health.
Zuchinni: Easily digestible and gentle on the stomach. Contains water and fiber which can help reduce gas and ease digestion
Carrot: Rich in Vitamin A and beta-carotene, supporting vision, immunity, and digestion.

This recipe is suitable for babies 8+ months (ensure your baby has tried all individual ingredients first and has no allergies).
