Baby Cough Relief Soup

🥣 Home Remedy for Baby Cough Relief (8 months and above)

Ingredients:
* 1 apple
* 1 pear 
* 2 slices of ginger 
* 1 tsp Lilo Garlic & Onion Powder 
* 500ml of water 

🧑🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the ingredients: Wash chop all fruits and vegetables into chunks
2. Cook:
 * In a small pot, combine apple, pear, ginger and Lilo Garlic and onion Powder
 * Add the water to cover ingredients and bring to a boil.
 * Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until everything is soft and fragrant.
3. Serve:
 * Let it cool to baby-safe temperature.
 * Serve as a warm soup

* Apple & pear: Soothing for the throat, mildly sweet, and hydrating.
* Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, helps with mucus and congestion.
* Garlic & onion: Natural antimicrobials and immune boosters.

This recipe is suitable for babies 8+ months (ensure your baby has tried all individual ingredients first and has no allergies).

✅ Serving Quantity by Age
Below 12 months 
* 1 to 2 tablespoons per serving
* twice a day

12 months and above:
* ¼ to ½ cup (60–120 ml) per serving
* Can serve as part of a meal, 1–2 times daily as needed
