Baby Banana Pancake (BLW Edition 8 Months+)
Makes 6-8 Baby Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1 egg
1 tsp of Lilo Premium Corn powder
1 tsp of Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder
30g cake flour
A splash of milk (optional, if you want a thinner batter)
Instructions:
1. Mash the Banana: In a bowl, mash the banana until it’s smooth with no lumps.
2. Whisk the Egg: Crack the egg into the bowl and whisk it together with the banana.
3. Add flour, Lilo Premium 100% Food Powder:
Stir in the Lilo Premium Corn & Pumpkin
powder until the batter thickens. If it’s too thick, add a little milk or water to get the right consistency.
4. Cook: Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in small spoonfuls of the batter to form little pancakes.
5. Flip: Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly golden brown.
6. Serve: Let them cool a bit before serving them to your little one in @littlebearnie suction plate.
Banana: Potassium, digestion.
Corn: Fiber, digestion.
Pumpkin: Vitamins A & C, immunity.
