Baby Avocado Ice Cream

🥑 Baby Avocado Ice Cream (6 Months+)

Ingredients:
* 1 ripe avocado
* 50 ml breastmilk or formula
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Corn & Pumpkin Powder

Instructions:
1. Cut & Scoop
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth (or use a blender for extra creamy texture).
3. Mix
Add in the milk and Lilo Premium Corn & Pumpkin powder. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.
4. Fill Molds
Pour the mixture into your Mushie popsicle maker.
5. Freeze
Freeze overnight (at least 6–8 hours) until fully set.
6. Serve
Gently remove from mold and serve chilled. Great for teething relief too!

👶 Tips:
* Suitable for babies 6+ months (adjust based on your pediatrician’s advice).
* Always supervise your baby while eating.
* You can prep a few at once and store them in the freezer for up to 1 week.
