15-Min Sesame Egg Roll (8 M+ BLW)
Makes 4-6 Baby rolls
Ingredients
2 eggs đĽ
50 ml milk (or formula/breastmilk)Â
20 g cake flour
1 tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin PowderÂ
1 tsp Lilo Premium White Bait PowderÂ
Sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Whisk Wet Ingredientsâ¨Combine eggs and milk until smooth.
2. Add Dry Ingredientsâ¨Stir in cake flour, Lilo Pumpkin and White Bait Powders. Whisk gently until smooth. (Optional: sieve to remove clumps.)
3. Cook the Egg Roll
  * Heat a small non-stick pan on low heat.
  * Lightly grease if needed.
  * Pour a thin layer of batter and tilt to spread evenly.
  * Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  * Cook slowly until top sets and bottom is lightly golden.
4. Roll Gentlyâ¨Starting from one end, roll the egg sheet with a spatula. Push the roll aside, pour more batter, and continue rolling (tamagoyaki style) until all batter is used.
5. Cool & Sliceâ¨Let cool slightly, then slice into baby-friendly pieces (finger-length for BLW or bite-size for spoon-feeding).
