15 Mins Salmon Congee (6 Months+ #MomHack)
🧂 Ingredients (1–2 Baby Servings)
80–100g salmon, deboned and skin removed
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
100g cooked white rice (soft/mushy)
500ML water
1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the Salmon with Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder (1 min prep)
2. In a small pot, combine:
500ML water
100g cooked rice
1/2 tsp pumpkin powder
Salmon slice
Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until rice softens further into a porridge-like consistency (about 10-12 minutes minutes).
3. Put in a bowl and remove salmon skin.
4. Mash or Blend (Optional)
For younger babies, mash with a fork or use an immersion blender for desired texture.
5. Cool & Serve
Let it cool to a baby-safe temperature before serving
