15 Mins Pumpkin Congee #MomHack

🍼 15-Minute Baby Pumpkin Congee ( 6 Months+)

Makes 2-3 Servings

🧡 Ingredients:
200g pumpkin (peeled & cut into chunks)
100g rice (cooked rice for quicker blending)
Broccoli florets 
1 tsp Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium corn powder
Water (adjust for desired consistency – approx. 500ml)

🍲 Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
Peel and cut the pumpkin into chunks.

2. Blend All Together:
In a blender, combine pumpkin, rice, broccoli, Lilo Premium ikan bilis & corn powder, and water. Blend until smooth.

3. Cook the Congee:
Pour the blended mixture into a small pot. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. The congee should thicken to a creamy, porridge-like consistency.

4. Cool & Serve:
Let it cool down to baby-safe temperature before serving.
