Baby Threadfin Fish Broth for Babies (6 Months)
Makes 2-3 Baby Servings

Ingredients:
Threadfin fish – about 1/2 cup of cleaned fillet (boneless)
Water
Carrot – 1 small, peeled and sliced
Chopped tomato and cabbage
1 Tsp Lilo Premium White Bait Powder
1/2 Tsp Lilo Garlic & Onion Powder
Instructions:
1. Marinate the fish
In a small bowl, lightly coat the cleaned, boneless threadfin fish with the Lilo Premium garlic and onion powder.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes max.
2. Cook the broth
In a pot, add the marinated fish, carrots & Vegetable
Add water to cover the ingredients.
Optional: Add a tiny slice of ginger (for mild aroma; remove before serving).
3. Simmer
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 20–30 minutes.
The fish should be cooked through, and the vegetables soft.
4. Serve
Broth is ready.
Let the broth cool to baby-safe temperature before serving.
You can blend the soft fish and veggies with a bit of broth to make a nutritious puree.

Use broth alone as a warm soup.
Mix into rice cereal or porridge.
Blend with cooked rice, oats, or soft grains.
Freeze leftover broth in small baby food portions in Freezer Tray for later use
